It's been a rollercoaster. Pool D was full of emotions, matches played until the last point, head-to-head fights, long rallies, devastating attacks, impressive defense, lots of monster blocks.

But who were the best players? We have collected some of the stars of this CEV EuroVolley 2021, alongside their main achievements in this edition.

Isabelle Haak (SWE)

Isabelle Haak has been her team's primary asset during EuroVolley 2021, and she's the competition's leading scorer. Haak scored 42 points in the match against Finland (of which, 35 were attacks), allowing her team to win the game in the decisive set. Against Romania, Isabelle Haak was both the top scorer and top attacker. She led her team to win (37 combined points in the match for the Haak sisters), as well as she still was the top scorer and top attacker in the lost matches against Turkey (9 points to her name as best attacker) and Ukraine. In the match against Ukraine, Haak was also central in blocking Olesia Rykhliuk's devastating attacks. Finally, she was the top scorer in Sweden's match against the Netherlands (29 points).

Ebrar Karakurt (TUR)

Karakurt leads the score charts for team Turkey. She was the top scorer finishing the game with 26 points, the top attacker and the top blocker in Turkey's first match against Romania, where the Sultans of the Net won the game 3 sets to 1 thanks to her dominant performance. She still was the top attacker against Ukraine, with 15 points to her name, and again she scored 16 points as the top scorer against Finland. Thanks to her contribution, the team won in straight sets.

Olesia Rykhliuk (UKR)

She probably was the best offensive player at EuroVolley 2021 edition and Ukraine's best player in the first two matches from Pool D. Rykhliuk was the top scorer and attacker (20 points, of which 17 for attacks) in the match against Finland. Olesia Rykhliuk also was the top scorer and attacker against Netherlands.

Against Sweden, with her incredible attacks, she strongly contributed to Ukraine's win. Team Ukraine dominated thanks to Rykhliuk, who finished off their attacks.

Juliet Louis (NED)

Juliet Lohuis is one of the best servers in the tournament and on the top of the ranking for blocks and aces. She was the top scorer and blocker in the match against Finland and the top server against Romania.

Other top players were: Myrthe Schoot (NED), one of the best receivers in the tournament and top receiver in the match against Romania, Anne Bujis (NED), top scorer (17) and top attacker (14) in the match against the Romanian national team, Piia Korhonen (FIN), who impressed with her offensive ability against Ukraine and in general during the tournament, alongside with Anna Czakan.

Meriem Boz (TUR) showed all her power in blocks and setpoint against Sweden (top blocker in the match against the Swedish team with 5 blocks to her name), while Eda Erdem Dundar dominated the floor with authority and led her so far unbeatable team as a Captain. In the match against Netherlands, she attacked with 100% through the match and became the top scorer. Finally, Alexia Caratasu (ROU) scored 18 points in the match against Sweden, being the top scorer for Romania and the Romanian best player both in offense and in defense.
