- All Time
Russia, who have inherited the results of the former Soviet Union, are the most successful team and most regular participant in EuroVolley history - with 12 gold medals won as the Soviet Union and two titles claimed after the breakup (2013, 2017). Their medal collection also includes three silver and five bronze medals, but in 2019 they finished only 5th. At the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, they just have won silver, competing under the flag of the Russian Olympic Committee, while their Olympic showcase contains four more golds, three silvers and three bronzes. As Soviet Union they were also six-time world champions, but their last medal - silver - at the event came in 2002.
