1. Which tickets are on sale?
In the first stage of sale, there will be tickets for the group phase in Krakow and 1/8 and quarterfinal matches in Gdansk. In the second stage, tickets will become available for the final phase (semis and medal matches) in Katowice. All tickets are daily tickets, which are valid for all matches taking place on a given day.

2. What types of ticket are available for CEV EuroVolley 2021?
There will be daily tickets available, which are valid for all matches taking place on a given day.

3. What is the pricing structure for the above ticket types/categories?
Krakow, group phase: € 51/40/31/22/11
Gdansk, 1/8 and quarterfinal matches: € 62/51/45/34/18/11
Katowice, final phase: € 70/62/51/45/29/15

4. Is there any group discount?
There is no discount for groups.

5. Is there a minimum age requirement for children? From what age do children need to have their own seat?
Children under three years of age have free entrance to the event, but they do not have their own seat.

6. Are there any VIP tickets or packages on sale?
There are no VIP tickets on sale due to the SARS-COV-2 country regulations.

7. Where and how can tickets for wheelchair users be bought?
People using wheelchairs should write to the following e-mail address niepelnosprawni@ebilet.pl.

The number of those tickets is very limited and depends on the places available at the competition hall.
The ticket is valid for wheelchairs users and a person accompanying them.

8. Are tickets for people with disabilities available and how can be bought?
Only wheelchair users have dedicated places to buy, all other people can buy a ticket on their own via the website.

9. When will you receive your ticket?
Depending on the selected shipping option, the time of ticket delivery will vary:
- The ticket for self-printing will be delivered to your e-mail address within a few minutes from the actual purchase
- Tickets ordered by international post will arrive within up to 14 working days
- Tickets ordered by international courier will arrive in up to 7 working days

10. Do the tickets include any other benefits?
The purchased ticket entitles you to enter the event area and watch all matches on a given day.

11. Can be a ticket transferred to another person if someone cannot attend the matches?
Tickets do not bear the name of the customer, meaning the person presenting the ticket will have access to the event area.
However, it should be remembered that due to the limitations related to the SARS-COV-2 pandemic, when purchasing a ticket, it will be necessary to indicate whether people attending the event are fully vaccinated.

For the sake of their own safety, of other fans and teams with their staffs, the vaccinated persons should not hand over the ticket to an unvaccinated person.
The staff at the entrance will verify the full compliance with this pre-condition.

12. What delivery methods are available?
You can print the ticket by yourself – or you can ask for the delivery by mail or express courier.

13. Will there be ticket offices at the Venue?
Yes, there will be a ticket office and an information point in every competition hall.

14. Can I leave the venue and return within the same session?
Yes, tickets for the event are daily, so it will be possible to leave the arena between matches.

15. What else can fans expect around the matches?
A great atmosphere awaits the fans! Additionally, in the competition hall you will be able to find the official shop and stands of sponsors and partners.

Discounts are available for members / licensees of the Czech Volleyball Federation (30%), students (15%), and people aged 65+ (15%)

Any children aged 5 or older will need to have their own seats (on the other hand, there is free entrance for children up until the age of four, with no own seat).
