Hanna Orthmann

Hanna Orthmann was born in Lüdinghausen, where she started playing Volleyball at SC Union 08 Lüdinghausen.
At age 15, she moved to the volleyball school of USC Münster and played in the 2. Bundesliga. In January 2016, she made her debut in the 1. Bundesliga with Münster. From 2017 to 2021, the Outside Hitter played for Saugella Monza in Italian Serie A. She won the Challenge Cup 2019 and the CEV-Cup 2021— then switched to Savino Del Bene Scandicci. In January 2022, she was transfered by the Turkish club Türk Hava Yollari SK.
Orthman played for the youth and junior national teams of Germany. Her career in the senior national team started in 2016 at the World Grand Prix in China when she was 17 years old.
