Victory day for the Czech Republic and the Netherlands in Skopje

The fourth round of Pool C at CEV EuroVolley 2023 did not bring any surprises. In the evening, the Czech Republic defeated Montenegro, and the Netherlands was better than Denmark.

The Czech Republic led by Galabov and his 18 points was convincing against Montenegro with 3:0 (25:18, 25:20 and 25:15). Vasina played a good game with 15 points and Sotola with 11 points.

In the next round, the Czech Republic will face the Macedonians, while Montenegro will play Poland.

The Netherlands defeated Denmark, but in a four-set match (25:18,26:24,23:25, 25:20). Abdel Aziz with 19 points was again the best for the Dutch, where Van Garderen also played a good game with 18 points.

Nielsen was in a good mood for Denmark with 17 points, Dahl had 15 and Madsen had 12 points.

This was the fourth defeat for Denmark, while the fourth victory for the Netherlands.
