Switzerland accomplished their mission - by earning a victory over Estonia they booked a ticket to the EuroVolley 2021 - Final Round. Switzerland opened the game in a perfect way as the team under guidance of Frieder STROHM started the game with seven-point-advantage that allow them to keep the score safe, especially that they dominated in attack. The second set was the most equal, a passionate point-by-point race lasted up to 20-20, then with Julija MÕNNAKMÄE on service line, with great team efforts, Estonia scored four consecutive points to get a chance to close the set. Switzerland managed to deny four of them, but the fourth one was lucky for Estonia. It was a cold shower for Switzerland who was motivated to grab a ticket tonight. Switzerland led by Maja STORCK outclassed their rival in third set (12 kills to 6). The fourth set began well for Switzerland, but despite a solid advantage they let Estonia to get closer. After a tight end, Switzerland won the match and progressed to EuroVolley 2021 - Final Round. Maja STORCK topped the scorers' chart with 26 points.
