The volleyball players of Serbia, the current European champions, defeated the national team of France in their second match of Group A, in Belgrade. After 69 minutes, Serbia celebrated with 3: 0 (25:14, 25:13, 25:16)
In the first set, the volleyball players of Serbia showed why they are the favorites in this duel and easily took the lead of 1:0, winning the set with 11 differences. Tijana Boskovic finished the set with 10 points.
The team of Serbia continued with an excellent game in the second set as well. The block functioned almost flawlessly and they quickly gained an advantage of 10 points. It was unattainable for France and the set ended with 25:13 in favor of Serbia.
Without any major problems, the Serbian team won the third set and thus recorded its second victory with a maximum score of 3:0. The best on the field was Tijana Boskovic with 20 points.
