Vadim Pankov, Russia coach: „We wanted to win and we did it. Our performance came down a little bit in the third set, but we resisted the opponent pressure. Now I am looking forward for our last game in group with Slovakia. There will be once again noisy atmosphere.”
Pascal SaurinWe knew Russia is strong team. We tried thr best we can, but it was not enough for a better result. Our young team has learned a lot, it will help them in the future. I am satisfied how we played in Bratislava. We won two games and now we have to wait if it will be enough to play eight final.
